Human-Hybrid-Aliens used to stop time for abductions of Humans by means of sine (SIN’E= Electronic Sin) wave technology. The Dulce Base was the 2ndlargest Reptilian and Grey base in North America and the Central Hub for all underground bases and centre for atomic manipulation.
